I recently had the most exceptional stay at Delta Regina, exceeding all my high expectations. The staff's swift response to a late-night room issue showcased their excellence, promptly relocating us and generously compensating us with complimentary breakfasts. The room's comfort was unparalleled, with incredibly cozy beds and immaculate pet-friendly spaces. The hotel's central location provided easy access to downtown entertainment and the convenience of heated underground parking during the chilly winter months. The attentive restaurant staff ensured a delightful dining experience, catering to our needs and even charming the children. The on-site water slide and pool were a hit with everyone, including the youngest member of our group, who adored the water feature around the escalator. The only minor suggestion would be to enhance local knowledge for recommendations, but overall, Delta Regina's impeccable service and amenities left me eagerly anticipating my next stay.
